Pre Menopause Symptoms – The Common Signs & How to Treat Them

October 8th, 2009
By admin

Pre menopause symptoms are a perfect way to vigorously bring a woman’s happiness and fun to a halt. All of a sudden, an increase in mood swings will occur while her monthly cycle shifts, causing her to worry even more, bringing on anxiety a lot faster. The good news is, this is a natural occurrence in every woman. These are just a few affects menopause can have on the woman and I will briefly educate you more on it.

Signs & Symptoms
The most common symptoms are anxiety, mood swings, change in the monthly cycle, hot flashes, night sweats, water retention, weight gain, vaginal dryness, loss of intimacy, headaches, aches in general, yeast infections, irregular hair growth, and depression. The causes for all of these symptoms are the simple imbalances in the woman’s hormones. Once again, this is all natural for a woman going through menopause and it should not be stressed too much.

Who Does it Occur to & When?
Every woman will go through the menopausal stages however, not every woman will go through all of the symptoms. Some are lucky enough to only have to cope with one or two of these signs while others are less fortunate, having to deal with more than half of them. Menopause will occur around the woman’s mid-40s and late 50s but in some rare cases, as early as age 35 and as late as age 60. It usually happens within a 2 to 10 year time frame but here are some things you can do to live it gracefully.

What You Can Do
Black cohosh is great for reducing many of the pre menopause symptoms however, I recommend consulting your doctor before taking it because even an all natural treatment can have some minor side effects depending on your body. On top of that supplement, I recommend exercising for at least 30 minutes a day, whether it be walking, jogging, swimming, or even dancing. You want to keep the body as healthy as you can during this time, so I recommend eliminating soda from your diet completely, as well as drinks high in caffeine. Lower your sugar and sodium intake, increase your calcium and zinc intake, and drink eight glasses of water daily.

Will you continue to allow your menopause symptoms to keep you from happiness and the great times you used to enjoy? It should be out of the question if you want your intimacy back, your hot flashes gone, along with anxiety, mood swings, and everything else menopause brings. Menozac is an all natural supplement that combines Black Cohosh, vitamin E, soy, and similar all natural ingredients to decrease your symptoms more efficiently. You can get Menozac along with an award winning, lifetime membership, online weight loss program to help with menopausal weight gain by clicking here.

Don’t spend another day unhappy with your pre menopause symptoms. You’ve stopped at the right place.

December 9th, 2009
By admin

I have been reading on the internet about some of the symptom’s I have been haveing (irratable, longer then normal cycles, insomnia, etc) and what I have found is a lot of them are contributed to pre menopause, however I am only 25. Anyone ever heard of going through menopause so early?
No I have no knowen family history of it. My mother is almost 50 with no signs of menopause.

Yes, although it is rare, women do sometimes go through premature menopause in their 20’s. Don’t panic, there could be a host of other reasons for your problems. You could go to your gynecologist and have your FSH levels checked to make sure.

Classic pg symptoms, yet negative HPT? What else could it be?

December 3rd, 2009
By admin

I’m currently on CD32 (which is about 4 days overdue for AF).

Other symptoms include sore breasts, tiredness, and feeling slightly queasy at night.

Classic pg symptoms right! Well today I took a HPT and it was negative. So what else could it be?

I’m 38 so am REALLY hoping it’s not early menopause (please please no) and I guess it could be late AF as well (although I rarely get pre AF symptoms).

What do you think?

It certainly sounds like you are pregnant. I would do another test in a couple of days! It may have been too early for the hormone to be detected!
Good luck!

Weird symptoms?

December 1st, 2009
By admin

I’ve had 3 previous pregnancies and have been having similar symptoms for about a week but am not pregnant. I just had a check-up and am very healthy. The doctor ran a test anyway and it was negative (as I knew it would be). Then, he told me that it’s possibly the onset of pre-menopause. Yet, I’m too young for that and he keeps trying to push pills at me. Has anyone else ever had something like this happen? Was it really pre-menopause? And, do I really need to take a bunch of pills? Thank you.

Pre-Menopause can start early even in late 30’s early 40’s. You didn’t state how old you are but I know of several women who have begun the "pre-menopause" stage. I’d get a second opinion however if your doctors only thought is to start medication that you might not need. Also check out Know Menopause on-line they have a lot of helpful information. Our bodies after the age of 30 can change significantly as the amount of hormones we produce change so it’s not unheard of to begin around this time, it doesn’t mean you are menopausal however. Good Luck

Should I go for HRT?

November 29th, 2009
By admin

I’m 42 and starting to experience "pre-menopause" type symptoms. I’ve heard both good and bad things about Hormone Replacement Therapy. Obviously, I’ll talk to my Doc, first, but I wondered if other people had good or bad experiences with it.

Fortunately I went through menopause with no problems but my friend was taking HRT in her early forties and started experiencing some bad side effects. She started using all natural Menopause Balance Complex and had very good results and continues to use it today.

It uses compounds found in plants called phytoestrogens to ease mood swings, sleeplessness, and hot flashes associated with menopause.

It contains a standardized extract of Black Cohosh as well as Soy Isoflavones and Flaxseed. Also contains a proprietary phytoestrogen blend of dong quai, red clover and licorice. No artificial colors or flavors. No synthetic preservatives.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.
